SCINORX SCARECROW TREATS — PROMOTION RULES

1. Eligibility and dates
Open to individual New Jersey residents age 18 or older. Sponsor staff and members of their households are not eligible for service bonuses. One completed entry per person during the campaign, regardless of email addresses used. No purchase, payment, festival vote, referral, social follow, sales appointment or marketing subscription is required. Purchasing does not improve odds.
Scheduled entry period: September 28, 2026 at 9:53 p.m. through October 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, subject to the entry form being opened by the organizer. The server clock controls. A visible closed notice means entries are not being accepted.

2. How to enter and receive a gift
Review these rules and the privacy notice, enter an email address you control, confirm adult/New Jersey eligibility and agreement to these rules, then select Spin & get my gift. No phone number or email verification code is required before spinning. Check your email carefully: the server records the reward against that email and one entry per person applies regardless of addresses used. Repeated use of the same email does not create another entry or reveal the existing private claim code; use Claim My Gift to verify that email and recover the original reward. Automated, duplicate, false or abusive entries are not permitted. Your reward appears on the page and a receipt is attempted by email; email delivery failure does not cancel the recorded reward. Save the gift links and claim code shown on screen.

Every eligible completed entry receives access to the Business Boost Kit: a 30-day content calendar, ten adaptable caption starters, a homepage checklist and planning worksheet. It is a reusable digital resource, not a paid consultation. There is no numerical limit on digital kit availability during the entry period. The download and printable page are provided with the result. Save a local copy. Gift recovery will remain available through at least January 31, 2027; contact support if access fails. No sales call is required.

3. Limited service bonuses and the extra kit
The campaign contains up to one Starter Website, four Social Weeks and ten Homepage Clarity Reviews. Service bonuses are additional to the guaranteed kit.
Starter Website: one WordPress landing page with up to five sections, a contact form and one revision round. Winner supplies lawful text, images and business details. Delivery is a transferable WordPress page/export package; hosting, domain registration, paid licenses, ecommerce, ongoing maintenance and advertising are not included. No hosting purchase from Scinorx is required. Installation on a compatible existing WordPress site may be arranged with the organizer.
Social Week: five static graphics and five captions for one social platform, delivered as files together, with one revision round. Posting, ad spend, account management, video and ongoing service are excluded.
Homepage Clarity Review: three written observations on one public homepage. Implementation is excluded. This type of review may also be offered free outside the promotion.
All spins not allocated a service bonus receive an additional Local Visibility Kit: a profile checklist, business-description worksheet and honest review-request template. This extra kit is different from the guaranteed Business Boost Kit. Kits are digital gifts, not scarce service prizes. No cash or advertised dollar value is assigned to these gifts in this promotion.

4. Release schedule and odds
Let N be the number of Eastern Time calendar days covered by the configured campaign, and D the current campaign day starting at 1. For a service type with quantity Q, the cumulative number released by that day is floor(Q × D / N). Released but unallocated stock carries forward. For September 28–October 29, N is 32. The one website bonus releases on October 29. Four Social Weeks release cumulatively on October 5, 13, 21 and 29. Homepage review release days follow the same formula. Opening late does not restart this schedule.
Each completed entry has a 10% chance of a service bonus only when at least one released service slot remains. When no released service stock remains, the chance is 0%. Conditional on a service bonus result, each remaining released service slot is equally likely. Odds of a particular service therefore depend on the available released stock at that instant. The server records the outcome before animation. The decorative wheel does not display numerical odds. Repeated entry requests do not create another chance. Verified gift recovery returns the original recorded outcome. Some or all service bonuses may remain unallocated.

5. Service fulfillment
Save your claim code. Email enquiries@scinorx.com by November 30, 2026 if allocated a service bonus. Verify control of your entry email through Claim My Gift before service fulfillment. The organizer may request a phone number only to arrange that service, will confirm eligibility and arrange delivery without requiring a purchase, sales presentation or marketing consent. Supply the materials reasonably needed for the stated service; no unnecessary identity documents should be emailed. Target delivery is within 30 days after complete materials and scope confirmation, with any delay agreed with the recipient. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues. Awards are not exchangeable for cash; transfer requires organizer agreement. Applicable personal taxes, if any, are the recipient's responsibility. No service promises rankings, traffic, leads, sales or other business results.

6. Counters and privacy
“Gifts unlocked” counts unique recorded entries granted kit access, not actual downloads. “Bonus prizes allocated” counts recorded service allocations, not delivered services. Counters show aggregate totals only. Names, phone numbers and email addresses are not published. Entry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing signup is separate and optional. A phone number requested for service fulfillment does not grant permission for marketing calls or texts.

7. Problems and independence
Contact support for errors, accessibility assistance, privacy requests or an existing reward. Technical failures do not create additional chances. The organizer may pause entry to resolve a technical issue or abuse and will preserve recorded legitimate allocations. Material corrections will be disclosed; they do not silently change a recorded award. This is an independent Scinorx promotion, separate from festival voting and not represented as sponsored or endorsed by Hillsborough Township, WordPress or any social platform. Rights provided by applicable law are not waived by these rules.

We ask for email, adult/New Jersey eligibility and agreement to the promotion rules. No phone number or verification code is required to spin. A phone number may be requested separately only to arrange a service bonus. We record your reward, claim code, entry time and applicable configuration fingerprint. Earlier entries may also contain phone details and an optional marketing choice collected under the previous form. Initial entry does not verify inbox ownership. Verification for gift recovery and service fulfillment confirms access to an inbox; it does not independently verify age, residency or phone ownership.
We use this information for entry verification, duplicate-entry prevention, gift access, service fulfillment, support and abuse prevention. The entry form has no marketing signup and does not grant permission for marketing email, calls or texts. Any separate marketing signup is optional and does not affect gifts or odds. This plugin sends verification/recovery emails, an automatic reward receipt after a completed spin, administrator-requested receipt retries and organizer-requested delivery tests. It does not send automatic marketing or SMS. We record the time an entry email is verified, plus receipt submission status, attempt count and time to manage delivery and prevent duplicate sends; submission status does not confirm inbox delivery. We do not publish entrant contact details. Public counters show aggregate recorded entries and service allocations, not downloads or fulfilled services. Participation does not grant publicity permission.

Entry email and any previously collected phone details are encrypted in the WordPress database; authorized administrators can view them to administer rewards. Website hosting, backups and the configured email delivery service may process information on Scinorx's behalf. The wider website may use other services described in its Website Privacy Policy. Verification challenges are stored temporarily in encrypted form, normally expiring within ten minutes; attempts and retries can shorten their lifetime. Rate-limit records use hashed email or network identifiers and short expiration periods. Expired data may remain in hosting backups until those backups expire under the hosting retention schedule.

A daily WordPress task is configured to remove contact details and the optional marketing flag 90 days after a reward is marked fulfilled. A digital-only gift is marked fulfilled when access is issued, which is not proof of download. Service-award contact details remain until fulfillment or support resolution. Scheduled deletion depends on WordPress scheduled-task execution. Pseudonymous duplicate-entry and award records remain; these may still be linkable using information held by the sponsor. Ask support about further deletion. Outstanding service obligations may require review before relevant information is removed. Keeping your local download and claim code helps after contact removal.
